Yes. We arrange visits to your home while you’re unavailable. Dates, times, access and location must be confirmed before booking.

Can you feed my pet and clean the litter?

Yes. Feeding, fresh water, bowl cleaning and litter care can be included in the agreed visit. Please provide food, litter and the necessary supplies.

Will you play with and pet my pet?

Yes. We offer play and gentle attention suited to your pet’s personality. We respect pets who prefer quiet company or need time to feel comfortable.

Can you give prescribed medicine?

Share the prescription and written vet instructions before booking. Our team will confirm whether we can support the administration required. We do not change doses or provide treatment advice during pet sitting.

Can I arrange visits during my holiday?

Yes, subject to availability and location. Share your travel dates, care instructions and emergency contact in advance to plan the schedule.

Is household cleaning included?

We clean bowls, care for litter and tidy the agreed pet care areas. General household cleaning is not part of the service.
