If you would like to return an item, please notify us within 48 hours from your order date to info@thehillsvet.com or call us on 04-3308808 and state the product you would like to return with the reason for return. If eligible, we will process a credit note to you can use against any of our services at The Hills Veterinary Clinic.

Please note that we are unable to accept returns for the following:

  1. Any type of medication especially prescribed medicines
  2. Open food items
  3. Items purchased on sale
  4. United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile and stipulate that the governing law is the local law.
  5. Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED will be accepted for payment
  6. We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries
  7. Customer using the website who are Minor /under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.
  8. Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records in The Hills Veterinary Clinic (if paid by card or link).
  9. User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his/her account.

Prescription Item

Prescription items are available only for The Hills Veterinary Clinic clients where the pet has had a consultation with us and has purchased the required item within the past 6 months. If you are unable to purchase your prescription, it may be time for a consultation to see if the prescribed product is still right for your pet.
